Return Conditions

At Maria CBD oil we want to make sure that your experience with us is the best you can find. We believe in our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.


Maria CBD Oil works with leading European banks to enable your payments to be made safely and easily. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, simply send us an e-mail to have the amount credited back to you.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original package, sealed (not opened), undamaged and unused.

How to return the product you received

If you want to return a product you have received, simply send an e-mail to where our technical support will take care of your request. Only when you receive instructions on how to proceed with the return will you be able to proceed with the return. if you receive a damaged item, we will send you a replacement item. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to proceed with the return or replacement. Once you have received authorisation from us, you must proceed with the return within 14 days at the latest.

Requesting an item replacement

If your item has been damaged during delivery, we ask you to notify us immediately (no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods).
You can send an e-mail to advising of this problem and our customer service will send a new product.


If a refund is requested, once the item is returned to our warehouse, one of our Cleinti Service members will inspect the item to verify that the item is within our return conditions. Once approved, we will issue a refund.

Defective product

If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of the item and send the photo to our Customer Service Department. Please make sure that you pack the goods properly so that you can return the item to us.

– Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
