Return Conditions

We at Maria CBD Oil want to be sure that your experience with us is the best you can find. We believe in our products but if you are not satisfied of your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package.


Maria CBD Oil works with primary European banking institutions to ensure that your payments are safe and simple. Should you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped yet, you can send an email to be reimbursed.

All items must be returned in their original package, sealed (not opened), undamaged and unused

How to return the product you received

If you wish to return a product you received, you just have to send an email to and our technical assistance will take care of your request. Only when you receive instructions on how to proceed with the return you can proceed with it. if you receive a damaged product, it will be our care to send you a replacement item. Please remind us within 14 days of receiving the shipment to proceed with the return or replacement. Once you receive authorization from us you must proceed with the return no later than 14 days.

Requesting an item replacement

If your item was damaged during delivery, we ask that you give us immediate feedback (no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods).
You can send an email to alerting them of this problem, and our customer service will send a new product.


If a refund is requested, once the item is returned to our warehouse, one of our Cleinti Service members will inspect the item to verify that the item is within our return conditions. Once approved, we will issue a refund

Defective product

If you receive a damaged product, we ask that you take a photo of the item and send it to our Customer Service Department. Be sure to pack the goods properly so that you can return the item to us.
